2. Appointment Requests & Confirmation

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that the requested date or time is available.

After receiving your booking request, Mimi Glow Studio will contact you to finalize and confirm your appointment date and time.

Your appointment is considered confirmed once you have received confirmation directly from Mimi Glow Studio.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information so we can reach them regarding their appointment.

3. Consultations & Treatment Suitability

Your health, comfort, and safety are important to us.

Before receiving certain treatments, you may be asked to complete an intake form, consultation, or provide information regarding your health history, medications, allergies, previous treatments, sensitivities, or other information that may affect your treatment.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

Mimi Glow Studio reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment if we believe it may not be appropriate or safe for you.

Depending on your circumstances, you may also be advised to consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before proceeding.

4. Treatment Results

Every client is different.

Individual results may vary depending on factors including skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, previous treatments, aftercare, and individual response to treatment.

While Mimi Glow Studio strives to provide high-quality services and realistic treatment recommendations, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, examples, and treatment descriptions are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every client will achieve the same result.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during consultations and intake.

• Informing Mimi Glow Studio of allergies, sensitivities, medications, health conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other circumstances that may affect treatment.

• Following all preparation and aftercare instructions provided.

• Asking questions before treatment if they are unsure about any aspect of the service.

• Contacting Mimi Glow Studio if they experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following a treatment.

Failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions may affect your results.

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Mimi Glow Studio as early as possible.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Exceptions may be considered by Mimi Glow Studio at its discretion where appropriate.

7. Late Arrivals

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your treatment in order to avoid affecting appointments scheduled after yours.

Mimi Glow Studio cannot guarantee that the full treatment can be completed when a client arrives late.

8. Pricing & Payment

Current pricing will be communicated through our website, booking process, consultation, or directly by Mimi Glow Studio.

Prices may be updated from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time services are provided.

Any special offers, packages, promotional pricing, gift certificates, or prepaid services may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Refunds

Because aesthetic treatments are personalized services and results vary between individuals, completed services are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you have concerns regarding a treatment or your experience, please contact Mimi Glow Studio so we can review the circumstances with you.

Receiving an outcome that differs from your personal expectations does not, by itself, guarantee eligibility for a refund.

10. Treatment Risks & Consent

Aesthetic and skincare treatments may involve temporary effects or risks depending on the treatment being performed.

Before treatment, relevant risks, expected outcomes, contraindications, and aftercare may be discussed with you.
